A customer in Cattle End phoned us with a dreadful case - she had only just popped outside to procure her bag and the front door locked after her. Yet, what made this a potential horror story was she said "Help me! I have left my key in the house and my baby is inside." It goes without saying that we shot over there and thankfully road traffic was in our favour. We managed to arrive there inside a few minutes and had the house unlocked promptly. What we did discover later was that she dubbed her little dog "my baby".
